Ode to Denver Coffee Shops

So let me preface by sharing a couple things:

1.       I’ve been really getting into Instagram lately. (Check out my feed and follow along if you so desire!)

2.       For years, I’ve been a craft brew drinker. IPA’s all day. But something inexplicably happened a few months ago and I’ve kinda lost a taste for drinking. Maybe this is age? Maybe it’s just a phase? I don’t know.

Pour over coffee at Aviano in Cherry Creek. One of my all time favorites! Almond Milk Latte at Black Eye Cap Hill. Sitting at the bar! Their Avocado Toast was awesome, too.

As a result of these two facts, coffee has really become my jam. I’ve been bringing my camera along to meetings and stopping off at new coffee shops I discover. It’s been super basic, but delicious and pretty.

Here comes a curve ball – a Rooibus Tea Latte (with Almond Milk, ofc).

I guess I don’t have much to say, except to share my delicious wanderings.  And, I love you, coffee. And it may be time for wedding season to get going, ha!

Pistachio macaroon at Devil’s Food Bakery (the new one). Black Coffee in the background. Almond Milk Latte and Croissant at the Source – LOVE this spot and will go back anywhere, any time! Hudson Hill – another straight up gem. They have a latte of the day, which I had. That particular day it was lavender vanilla. The ambiance in there is amazing, and they serve cocktails, too. Spicy Chai Latte at Quine Essential coffee. This place was super quirky and hippie-feeling, which I really dug. You could write on the tables with pens they provided – very cool for kids and uninhibited adults. And one more from Black Eye. Green tea ginger latte.

Basically, I’ll coffee with you whenever.
